tisdThe Tenaha School Board selected the district’s new athletic director and head coach on Tuesday night.

According to Superintendent Scott Tyner, former Hubbard football coach Craig Horn was selected by the board during Tuesday’s special session.

Horn was one of the two finalist interviewed for the position.

Horn’s hiring comes after Head Coach Terry Ward left last month to take a job in Harleton.

According to the Waco Tribune, Horn amassed a 34-12 record in his four years with the Hubbard Jaguars, who were 7-33 in the four years before his arrival. Hubbard won district titles in each of Horn’s four seasons.
